The Happiness Hub

Join Kath Temple, Goldster’s Success & Happiness Psychologist, for a six-week journey – IThe next BIG frontier in medicine is ENERGY MEDICINE according to Dr Oz, and Kath agrees EFT is the Emotional Freedom Technique, published research shows it reduces the stress hormone, cortisol, by up to 43% in an hour and positively impacts 15 physiological health markers. In her own clinic, Kath has worked with many people with inflammation, pain, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and auto-immune disorders.

This feedback was received from a senior nurse: "As you know, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune form of arthritis. This is present in my knees, hips and shoulders. When I was first diagnosed in March 2018 my ESR was 229 and my C-Reactive protein was
89. These are inflammatory markers in the blood and indicate significant inflammation. Normal for a woman of my age, 49, would be less than 29 for ESR and virtually zero for C-Reactive protein. This level was also present in summer 2018. After seeing you as a client in early September 2018, my bloods were retaken and since then have consistently remained at about 59 for ESR and about 10 for C-Reactive Protein. I attribute this to the impact of your therapy. It has been truly amazing for me. I have rediscovered my inner confidence and self-belief which I felt had gone forever. I felt powerless and
overwhelmed with a sense of hopelessness, vulnerability. I am now positive about my future and optimistic about my power and self-agency. I love life
again. A big big thank you - you have totally altered the direction of my life."

This course will include a mix of group work, and 1-1 demos ‘live’ showing the impact that Kath’s strategies, tools and techniques have.
