Henry Sutton is Professor of Creative Writing and Crime Fiction at the University of East Anglia whose alumni include Nobel Laureate Kasio Ishiguro, Louise Doughty and others. From 2018-2021, Henry was Director of Creative Writing while publishing his own crime noir series under the pseudonym of Harry Brett. He is the co-founder and director of the 'Noirwich Crime Writing Festival', run in partnership with the National Centre for Writing and has judged numerous literary awards, including the John Lewellyn Rhys Prize and the Theakstons Old Peculier Crime Novel of the Year. Earlier he was Literary Editor of Esquire magazine, and the Books Editor of the Daily Mirror.
