Andy Yau

Andy Yau, a Tai Chi expert hailing from Hong Kong, now instructs at The Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. Over a decade ago, he embarked on his Tai Chi journey, leading to his current role as a respected teacher. With a Master's degree in Arts from Birmingham City University, he blends academic insight with profound Tai Chi wisdom.

Central to his teaching philosophy is the concept of balance, a principle he champions. "There will always be a point of balance in everything," he succinctly puts it. At the Conservatoire, Andy imparts Tai Chi's physical and mental benefits, urging students to find equilibrium in both practice and life.

Claudia le Feuvre, an accomplished Nutritional Therapist and Eating Psychology Coach, boasts 14 years of clinical experience.
