Goldster’s expert instructors provide a guide to this precise set of motions that improve muscle strength, length and tone in all the major groups. Low impact and adaptable whilst being suitable for all abilities – everyone is welcome.


Focussed on the ‘core muscles’ – abdominal, lower back, hips and buttocks. Like yoga it improves co-ordination and balance with deep connection to the breath and mind-body interface. Modifications are given and specifics available using the chat box.
