Kundalini Yoga

Aimed at a medium level of difficulty, Goldster’s expert yogi Hannah leads this class – it’s an hour long gift of self-care. Feel transformed and revitalised from this combination of spiritual and meditative practice and physical work out. Go on a journey to know the body, then radically love it! 

 

It’s a dynamic class that works on powerful posture, breath and meditation techniques. Postures are held for up to three minutes building strength and resilience at times, and at others, bringing stillness.

 

 

What you need for the class:

  • Yoga mat
  • Cushion (1 or 2)
  • Blanket for the final relaxation

Optional:

  • Sturdy chair if unable to sit on the floor or sitting at the edge of the sofa can also work
  • Tissues are handy for when we do rapid breathing, may need to clear the sinuses!
  • 2 Yoga brick sized blocks. If unavailable, two same size dictionaries (thick hard back books) can be used, however we won’t need this every class.
