Regular fitness activities are essential to our physical and mental health

Our fitness classes are aimed at Strength, Mobility and Movement with options for all fitness levels and abilities. Join your professional trainers for strength and aerobic workouts, Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, dance, and flexibility classes to build strength, keep flexible and feel fabulous.

Focused on fitness and serious about strength? You can meet all your WHO-recommended physical activities with Goldster.

Devoted to dance or just here for a good time? Even just 10 minutes of exercise a day is good for you.

The World Health Organisation recommends at least 150 to 300 minutes of moderate, physical activity each week and muscle-strengthening activities at least twice a week. Goldster offers you plenty of choice with over 700 minutes of live physical activity every week.
